International Court of Justice to Hold Public Hearings on Israel Genocide

On Thursday 11 and Friday 12 January 2024, the International Court of Justice (ICJ) will hold public hearings at the Peace Palace in The Hague, the seat of the Court, in the proceedings instituted by South Africa against Israel for genocide in Gaza that was filed on 29 December 2023. 

The hearings will be devoted to the Request for the indication of provisional measures contained in South Africa’s Application. In its Request, South Africa asked the Court to indicate provisional measures in order to “protect against further, severe and irreparable harm to the rights of the Palestinian people under the Genocide Convention” and “to ensure Israel’s compliance with its
obligations under the Genocide Convention not to engage in genocide, and to prevent and to punish genocide”.

South Africa will present its oral arguments Thursday 11 January 2024 between 10 AM and 12 noon. Israel will respond the following day with a pack of lies.

Only a very limited number of seats at the court will be available to the public, and only on a first-come first-served basis. However, the hearings will be live-streamed online on the ICJ's website at https://www.icj-cij.org/home and at https://media.un.org/en/webtv. 

The Mossad is no doubt working round the clock to bribe, threaten, blackmail and mind control the ICJ judges, but they can't coerce the entire world and so people are encouraged to bear witness to the public hearings and court's proceedings and then report on them via social media and direct contact with friends and family.

The ICJ, which addresses cases involving countries, has been much more responsive to the genocide than the corrupt International Criminal Court (ICC), which addresses cases of genocide committed by individuals. One of the problems with the ICJ is that it can sit on cases for years or even decades.
