If anyone had any doubts that the government and many of the Jews in Israel have gone completely insane, there is now no doubt about it.
The South African legal team which brought the charges of Israeli genocide in Gaza to the International Court of Justice on January 11 presented a case which was thorough, rational, truthful, accurate and legally undeniable. It was perfectly grounded in hard facts backed up with incontrovertible evidence.
Yesterday Israel offered their response to the allegations brought against it. Consistent with its claims when the charges were brought that the South African position was “baseless”, it presented a defense which maintained Hamas and the innocent Palestinians in the land Israel already controlled were the guilty parties in this horrific tragedy. It was a grotesque case of what is called "victim blaming" by psychologists.
That tragedy has resulted in the slaughter of over 10,000 children who were part of the 23,000 total. The Israeli air strikes, bombing, and on-the-ground destruction has also brought down many tens of thousands of buildings in Gaza. Nearly all homes, schools, businesses, government buildings, and hospitals have been reduced to rubble at the hands of the Jews.
In those proceedings, Israel was led by British legal counsel and academic scholar Malcolm Shaw KC. Mirroring comments made outside the court by Israel that South Africa was acting as an “agent of Hamas” in bringing the case, Shaw and his team called the logic presented in the first full day of hearings as “barely distinguishable” from that of Hamas. The Israeli lawyers said South Africa’s presentation was “profoundly distorted” and represented a “partial and deeply flawed picture” of what was really going on.
Tal Becker, a principal legal advisor to Israel’s foreign ministry, made the opening statement which set the tone for the day.
“The applicant has regrettably put before the court a profoundly distorted factual and legal picture,” he said. “The entirety of this case hinges on a deliberately curated decontextualized and manipulative description of the reality of current hostilities.”
He then went on to attempt to justify what Israel has done in Gaza as just an act of self-defense, and therefore a legally valid response under international law. This is despite that the UN regulations declare that with Israel being the occupying force in Gaza strip, it has no inherent right to claim self-defense against the people it is oppressing.
He laid out in graphic detail the oft-repeated (and equally oft-distorted) presentation Israel has made in the past about how Israel believes Hamas killed roughly 1,200 in its attacks on October 7. He detailed allegations of rape and mutilations carried about by Hamas at that time.
He also attempted to show a 50-minute video which has been shown to others such as Joe Biden and senior White House officials, which claims to be an accurate depiction of the brutal horrors of the October 7 attack. The justices at the ICJ refused to allow it to be shown, on the grounds that it would primarily be inflammatory without addressing the charges in place against Israel. The video also would have likely contained AI generated deep fake imagery.
Neither Becker nor any of his colleagues on the Israeli side brought up growing evidence showing Jews and their U.S.-supplied Apache helicopters, which flew in to defend Israel when the Hamas assault happened, may have killed fully half of the Israelis killed on October 7. He also did not bring up how Israel had lied about beheadings of children during the Hamas raid, which even the White House now admits was fabricated to rally the world to support the Israeli cause in Gaza.
The reason for wanting to bring up the October 7 raid is that it did provide the trigger point for Israel’s launching of the brutal mass killings in Gaza.
Becker told his audience that it would be “impossible to understand the armed conflict in Gaza without appreciating the nature of the threat Israelis face”.
“If there were acts of genocide, they have been perpetrated against Israel,” he said.
This was part one of the Israeli case: that Israel was the innocent party in this modern Holocaust.
A second part was what the lawyers pitched as clarifying the truth about Israel’s often-preached position that the Palestinians were “human animals” and should not be allowed to survive. If that position were to stand, it would demonstrate a key requirement for the case that Israel was committing genocide, that this intent was deliberate to eradicate the Palestinian race and ethnic populations in Gaza.
In the Thursday proceedings, one of the most devastating pieces of evidence presented was Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s call to his troops and his people to “Remember what Amalek has done to you” as they blasted, blew up, and bulldozed innocent Palestinians in Gaza.
According both to the South African legal representatives on January 11 and by admission by Israeli’s own lawyers on January 12, that phrase was a Zionist call to action echoing “the Biblical command by God to Saul for the retaliatory destruction of an entire group of people.” The reference was a call to the Israelis representing Saul to put to death all human beings of the Amalekite people, the ancestors of the Palestinians, in the name of the Jewish God, Yahweh.
It is a phrase South Africa was able to show had been heard as a direct command from Netanyahu, through video recordings of chants and other incidents where the Israeli forces repeated that genocidal rallying cry.
Challenging what South Africa claimed Netanyahu had said and which his soldiers had repeated was not an option for the Israeli legal team, since it was all recorded. Instead, attorney Malcolm Shaw claimed that was Netanyahu said was quoted out of context.
The second part of what Shaw said Netanyahu often said connected with that phrase was this: “The IDF is the most moral army in the world. The IDF does everything to avoid harming the uninvolved.”
While it might be correct to note that Netanyahu may have said that once, others watching the case pointed to a longer version of the same recording Shaw was referring to , as even more damning evidence of Netanyahu’s criminal intent.
“Our brave troops and combatants who are now in Gaza … and other regions of Israel are joining this chain of Jewish heroes, a chain that has started 3,000 years ago from Joshua ben Nun until the heroes of 1948,” Netanyahu said as part of that same speech. “They have one supreme goal, to completely defeat the murderous enemy and to guarantee our existence in this country.”
Shaw further claimed much of what the South African lawyers had been quoting as evidence of the genocidal intent were simply words made in the heat of the moment, rather than a representation of what they truly believed.
“Some of the comments that South Africa have shown us are clearly rhetorical,” Shaw told the justices hearing the case, “made in the immediate aftermath of an event which severely traumatized Israel and which cannot be seen as demanding genocide, [but instead were simply] express[ing] anguish and the necessity to restore control over Israel’s own territory under severe threat and safety to its citizens.”
To be believed, this bizarre logic would require a massive and literal “leap of faith” to believe. That is especially true in view of the many repetitions by Israel’s senior officials such as from Defense Minister Yoav Gallant that the Palestinians are just “animals” to be eradicated, and from Minister of National Security Itamar Ben-Gvir who is on record as having said that the only good Palestinians were either dead or have already left Israel.
Next Israel trotted out multiple “experts” who attempted to convince the justices that Israel was quite conscious of the humanitarian situation in Gaza, had taken excellent care in how it managed the destruction of Gaza by watching out for ordinary citizens who were not to blame. These expert liars presented positions which were so far removed from reality, and presented so forcefully as the absolute truth, that one wonders who any sane person could believe their distortions.
Dr. Omri Sander spoke to the Court about how the government of Israel had taken “extraordinary efforts” to ensure humanitarian concerns were always front and center in everything it was doing in Gaza. Sander blamed any failings by Israel of that nature was because Hamas kept getting in the way of Israel’s highest concerns for the Palestinian civilians.
Then Dr. Galit Raguam explained with deep sincerity about how everything the world has already heard about the destruction of nearly every hospital in Gaza at the hands of the Israeli Defense Forces was a complete fabrication.
“Hospitals have not been bombed,” he said. “Rather the IDF sent soldiers to search and dismantle military infrastructure, reducing damage and disruption.”
If it had not been for the tense atmosphere in the court, one could have imagined those listening to Raguam’s comments breaking out in laughter at the absurd reframing of events.
As just one well-documented piece of counterevidence, consider that a World Health Organization analysis released in December 2023 said Israel had carried out over 600 separate attacks on healthcare facilities of all kinds in Gaza since October 7. Based on data it had gathered, the IDF forces had rendered unusable at least 26 of the total of 36 hospitals present in Gaza.
In a separate report, the news organization CNN, which ordinarily has been giving favorable coverage to Israel’s actions in Gaza, said its data showed 20 of 22 hospitals which used to be operational in Northern Gaza had been destroyed between October 7 and December 7, 2023.
The Al Jazeera news agency reported using their own on-the-ground news staff, that IDF airstrikes had already ripped apart 13 hospitals in Gaza as of November 23, 2023.
As it closed its arguments in the case yesterday, Israel’s attorneys pointed out that South Africa should never have been allowed to present its case documenting Israel’s genocide in Gaza, regardless of all the arguments for or against those charges. They said that the only way one is allowed to bring a case to the ICJ would require that there was some sort of “prior dispute” between the two nations.
To get around that claim, South Africa might have to demonstrate it had given Israel prior notice of its belief that Israel is committing genocide in Gaza, according to Israel’s attorneys.
South Africa has not responded to those allegations, but multiple legal scholars believe that issue of “jurisdiction” before the court will not deter the justices from issuing a ruling in the case.
South Africa is seeking an order from the ICJ demanding an immediate ceasefire in Gaza and an immediate end to the genocide there. It is not known yet when such a ruling might be reached, or what the ICJ may require further either party in response to the hearings on January 11 and 12, 2024.
The justices of the International Court of Justice issued a statement saying the hearings have now been concluded in the case. They are beginning their deliberations in the matter.

What was not presented at the court was the reason for Jew's insane hatred of Palestinians and eagerness to torture and kill even the youngest, and that is Judaism.
The foundation of the Jewish faith is the collection of texts known as the Talmud. It is the basis of rabbinical law and Jewish culture, and it is hate speech that any sane and compassionate person would find disgusting. The Talmud requires that Jews hate non-Jews. It requires that Jews consider non-Jews as unclean and less than human and like animals. Jews are not just required to hate non-Jews, they are required to abuse them and murdering them is considered not just acceptable but a duty.
According to the revered Jewish philosopher Maimonides: "It is a duty [of Jews] to exterminate them [non-Jews] with one’s own hands."
And it is just hate for non-Jews but also hate for Jews with dark skin. Maimonides made that clear when he wrote, "Some of the Turks [i.e., the Mongol race] and the nomads in the North, and the Blacks and the nomads in the South, and those who resemble them in our climates. And their nature is like the nature of mute animals, and according to my opinion they are not on the level of human beings, and their level among existing things is below that of a man and above that of a monkey, because they have the image and the resemblance of a man more than a monkey does."
This explains how it was possible for the Israeli government to expose an estimated 70,000 to 100,000 North African migrant Jewish children to X-ray radiation that was 35,000 times above what was considered safe as part of a sadistic experiment for the CIA. Many of the children died right away, while many others suffered prolonged misery before dying from the exposure. The government's excuse for the atrocity was that it was treating ringworm. However, most of the children didn't actually have the fungal infection and if they did it could have been easily treated with anti-fungal medicine widely available. There was no reason to expose the children to x-rays and certainly not such lethal doses, except that the criminal Israeli government was being well paid and had no ethical issues with conducting Nazi-type lethal experiments on children.
And Jewish racism helps explain the forced disappearance in Israel of thousands of immigrant Jewish children from Yemen and other countries from 1948 to 1954. Many were taken at birth, some from daycare or schools. A few of the children were taken from hospitals when admitted for illness.
The case has continued to dog the Israeli government and after three bogus investigations failed to put the matter to rest, it sealed all of the files until 2071. Individuals who have tried to investigate on their own have been threatened, imprisoned or murdered. Official explanations were initially that all the children had died, but when no bodies could be produced the story was changed that some were adopted out to Ashkenazi Jewish families. While it is possible that some were adopted, few credible adoption records have been provided and the adults they brought forward as being adoptees were not all credible. In 2021, the Israeli government offered to pay off the families of the missing children if they agree to stop trying to find out what happened to their kids, but most of the families are not letting up in their push for answers.
According to holocaust survivor, Israeli Jew, former Chairman of the Israeli League of Human Rights and professor, Israel Shahak, in his book Jewish History, Jewish Religion: The Weight of Three Thousand Years (1994), states, "...drawing on Talmudic laws governing the relations between Jews and non-Jews ... could [not] be understood unless the deeper influence of those laws, and the worldview which they both create and express is taken into account."
In his book, Shahak exposes the hate that Judaism cultivates. It is very difficult to find a copy in print because Jews buy up every copy and destroy them.
Jews have also been very effective at scrubbing information about the Talmud from the Internet. Every search engine produces the same results for any searches related to the Talmud. So, one has to know where to look online or go to the Talmud itself or books written about the Talmud.

Until the root cause of Jewish criminal insanity is exposed and eliminated, Israel will continue to manufacture hate, conflict and atrocities because it is a Jewish state and Judaism is a religion of hate. The genocide it is waging against Palestinians is an inevitable outcome of Judaism.
Like with hate-fueled Nazi Germany, it is likely that the only solution to Jewish hate is for Israel to be soundly defeated militarily, its leaders put on public trial and their culture exposed for what it is. Then the hate speech from the Talmud must be exposed and expunged. But, because Israel has gained control of the governments of so many other countries, it is not just Israel that would have to be defeated but also the U.S., UK, Germany and a few smaller countries. Defeating the state of hate and its colonies would likely result in the death of many millions and possibly ignite a world war that could result in nuclear annihilation.
Even if the ICJ rules against Israel and orders it to stop its genocide of Palestinians, it won't deter Israel and it will just do what the U.S. did when the ICJ ruled against it for its terrorist war on Nicaragua, it will claim that the court has no jurisdiction and ignore it.
The genocide will likely continue, for now.
