The loan from the World Bank will go to Peru's National Social Registry (SINAFO), which has been responsible for maintaining a social household registry for Peru's exploding population, which has increased nine fold since 1950.
If the project funds aren't diverted elsewhere, the AI digital ID and surveillance system will likely be used to identify dissidents for removal, but it could also be used to help the country move toward an integrated social policy information system that is more inclusive, dynamic, and interoperable and which could be used to support other social development programs and emergency responses.
Many other countries are developing digital ID systems to support medical and government tyranny. Five EU countries are implementing digital vaccine IDs to ensure that more people are injected with the latest bio-weapons promoted as vaccines.
World Bank loans are driven substantially by the agenda of the World Economic Forum (WEF) and its Fourth Industrial Revolution of merging humans with AI. This requires every country to have a central database of residents, with each person assigned a biometric digital ID. Once that is in place the next stage is to integrate every person's brain with nano-electronics.
Many vials of the COVAX were found to contain self-assembling graphene nano-particles that formed wifi/Bluetooth routers and connected to the Internet through Bluetooth. Getting the graphene into people does not require injection. It can also be done through the air or via food or beverages. Coca Cola is spending more than $1B to utilize Microsoft's AI while it has also been found that its products contain nano-particles. Theoretically, if those nano-particles self-assemble into nano-electronics they could certainly be used to stimulate a desire for Coca Cola products.
The use of nano-electronics in the human brain is a well developed and patented technology. Elon Musk's Neuralink corporation is officially testing the technology on humans right now, after killing thousands of animals in tests of the technology. Some suspect that it was behind the nano-electronics in the COVAX injections.
Once Peru has its new AI digital ID system in place it could easily enough infect its residents with nano-electronics that would enable an AI to be installed in their brain that would control their behavior. No more overpopulation, no more protests against bad government. A dictator's dream come true, with Peruvians paying for the loan to build the system for their enslavement.
For those who don't want to be controlled by an AI, reject the digital ID, don't drink any bottled beverages or processed foods. Move to the country, shoot down any drones that might be spraying nano-particles and grow your own food indoors.
